For decades, multi-Emmy Award Winner Geoffrey Baer has been the host and writer of WTTW’s feature-length specials exploring the architecture, neighborhoods, and cultural life of Chicago and its suburbs. Beyond Chicago, Baer has hosted national PBS programs including “10 That Changed America“, bringing his curiosity and storytelling style to audiences across the country. A North Shore native, his deep familiarity with local history makes him uniquely suited for this year’s theme: “Why Kenilworth?”
Baer is currently producing an all-new WTTW special exploring Chicago’s northern suburbs and will share a special sneak preview during his keynote.
